Create a portfolio which organizes and gives links to all of the documents you created in this unit (resume, cover letter, 3 work samples, sample interview questions).

If you really like google sites you could do that, but that feels excessive. Probably a Google Doc, which is neatly organized, nice to look at, and has links to each document. Or use the Tabs feature to compile them into a single document, if your things are formatted that way.
