Engineering Design takes into consideration limiting factors or "design under constraint." Various engineering disciplines address a broad spectrum of design problems using specific concepts from the sciences and mathematics to derive a solution. The engineering design process  and problem solving are inherent to all engineering disciplines. The students are required to pass safety tests demonstrating 100% mastery before being allowed to participate in lesson that require use of equipment or tools.

Students will design projects with Solidworks. They will practice and study to take the Solidworks Industry-Based Certification test to become Solidworks Certified.
