Students enrolled in this course will demonstrate knowledge and skills of the process of design as it applies to engineering fields using multiple software application and tools necessary to produce and present working drawings, solid model renderings, and prototypes. Students will use a variety of computer hardware and software applications to complete assignments and projects The Students may be required to pass a safety test(s) demonstrating 100% mastery before being allowed to participate in lessons that require use of equipment or tools.
Students will students will design projects with AutoCAD. They will practice and study to take the AutoCAD Industry-Based Certification test to become an AutoCAD Certified User.
